R.O.K. Entertainment was founded in August 2005 by three entrepreneurial minds out of their passion for music and entertainment and their desire to make a social contribution to the Caribbean, by promoting entertainment of quality standards through partnership. The events we promote is designed to give back to the communities, allowing us to achieve one of our main objective; which is to propel support for charity, social and cultural exchange through music and entertainment.
The organization’s first big promotion took place in St. Vincent & Grenadines at the Arnos Vale Sports Complex, August 6th 2005, titled “Showtime”; a regional DJ competition which brought together Disc Jockeys and MCs from 5 different Caribbean nations; Antigua, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Lucia, Grenada and St. Vincent. This event was considered a success and was enjoyed by many. R.O.K’s founders however, have been involved in several promotions throughout the region, in islands such as Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana and Grenada most of which were charity oriented keeping with our objective. Currently R.O.K is partnering yet again on another major project designed to give to less fortunate in SVG titled “Can Fest”, you can view details in the Media link.
